In 1983 several leaders received a vision from God to establish a Pentecostal church in Bairnsdale. God confirmed the vision prophetically that this church would be a lighthouse attracting many people and would represent the hub of a wheel, it's spokes reaching outlying communities.
We purchased twenty three acres of land on Lindenow road believing for a church and a Christian school. Our first meetings were held at B.A.R.C. then later at the Lucknow hall , We then purchased the building at 8 Pearson Street which served us well for twenty years. During this time the Christian School was built and is very effectively reaching the community.
Now we enjoy the amazing benefits of our new Multi purpose church building with facilities to accommodate all ages and community events. We continue to work together with God awaiting the fulfilment of the ongoing vision to reach this community with the love of Jesus.
